2013 Mosaic Services Family Run / Walk |

Thank you for regiserting for the 2013 Mosaic Services Family Run / Walk held on Saturday, September 21, 2013! This year there are 4 different options to participate.
All events are held at the Maplewood Richmond Heights High School located at 7539 Manchester Rd in Maplewood, Missouri [get map / directions].
Note: Schlafly's proceeds benefit Mosaic Services from 11:00-2:00 on race day.
Prizes are awarded in various age groups and all proceeds benefit Mosaic Services. More details are available on our registration page.
9:00 a.m. - Adult 5K Run/Walk
10:00 a.m. - 100 meter dash for 4 year olds and younger
10:10 a.m. - 1/4 Mile Dash for 5-7 year olds
10:20 a.m. - 1/2 Mile Dash for 8-12 year olds

Mosaic Services 5K Race Starter |
In 2009, Maplewood's own Fred Taylor returned home from college to start Mosaic Services 5K Family Fun Run/Walk. Taylor, a state track champion, gained media attention for his speed and accomplishments. A former resident of Joe's Place, MRH's home for homeless boys, Taylor overcame adversity to become the first member of his family to attend college. His appearance as race starter for an event which benefits at-risk children at Maplewood's Early Childhood Center was a full circle moment. In 2010, Mosaic Services co-founder and MRH ECC teacher, Heather Bailey started the race. Stay tuned to see who next year's race starter will be.
